Limited Lifetime Labor Warranty/Glass Breakage Warranty:
Our Labor Warranty at Custom Exteriors, Inc. is very simple and easy to understand, as a warranty should be. We are so confident with the workmanship of our AAMA Certified Master Installers, that we are proud to extend a full Lifetime Labor Warranty. Custom Exteriors is a member of Diamond Star Certified and with the Better Business Bureau with a very high customer satisfaction rating.

Limitations:
This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the products installed. This warranty does not apply to any improper handling or usage of products installed. Products must be maintained as specified by the manufacturer's warranty. Any damage caused by acts of God or damage caused by failure to protect wood surfaces against moisture are not covered. This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by building settlement or structural failures of walls or foundations. Normal wear and tear on products installed is not considered to be a warranty issue. Screens damaged after installation are not warranted for life.

Glass Breakage and No Fault Lifetime Glass Breakage Non-Prorated Limited Warranty:
Lifetime glass breakage coverage for the original purchase/property owner. Custom Exteriors, Inc., installer of vinyl replacement windows, makes available to the original purchaser, the Lifetime Non-Prorated Limited Warranty, warranting against glass breakage for as long as the property owners (single family owner occupied) shall own or reside in the home in which the products were installed from the date of window installation. Limit of one window replaced per year. (Patio doors, custom tempered glass, wood windows, french doors, and entry door lights are excluded from this warranty.)

If glass breakage does occur within the time period specified according to the provisions of the Warranty, then Custom Exteriors agrees to provide the replacement glass free of charge, FOB factory.

This warranty is valid only so long as the windows are installed on the premises of the original installation. Removal of the windows invalidates this Warranty. As described above, this Warranty is limited to the material cost of the glass, (in Vinyl windows only) and does not extend to labor costs to install the new glass. Custom Exteriors will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the removal of the glass furnished by the manufacturer under this Warranty.
