How experienced are you?
We've been in business since 1997, have installed over 15,000 Bay Area jobs and over 100,000 window, door, roofing, stucco, and stone products. The owners have over 30 years combined experience in the home improvement industry.  

Are your crews and estimaters sub-contractors? 
No. We employ over 40 people and pay workman's comp, 401k, medical and dental. There is virtually no turnover and we have very happy employees that are with us for the long haul.

What warranties come with your products and installs? 
Lifetime and transferable warranties are available, and our Custom Exteriors Labor & Glass Breakage Warranty, in writing is also lifetime. 

Do you do plantation style shutters? 
Yes, we can bring samples out to your home for you to see. 

How's your Better Business Bureau complaint record? 
Over 15,000 customers and our BBB rating remains as always, an A+! Our service department is fast, efficient and very skilled.

How about references in my neighborhood? 
With over 15,000 jobs completed, it is very likely we've done work on several homes nearby and we'd be happy to supply you with names, addresses and phone numbers.
